This product has a very cute packaging and promises to provide moisture and shine, but what I love about Percy & Reed Perfectly Perfecting Wonder Balm is the fact that it is anti-frizz and light hold. My hair is dry and frizzy and this product can be used either alone or as a primer before you use other styling products. It is definitely anti-frizz – as soon as you apply it, you will see the difference. Later on, when it “dries”, frizz is back again – but still, I like the product.
