Tarte Cosmetics has launched a new lipstick collection, called “Color Splash”, which is part of their “Rainforest of the sea” range. The new collection has a hydrating formula, thanks to the smoothing blend of algae and marine flower extracts that it contains, but its lipsticks are very creamy and highly pigmented, something we don’t usually see on hydrating lipsticks. The lipstick tubes are light blue and marbled, suiting for the name of the range, they are very durable, vegan-friendly and apply as easily as a lip balm.
