L'Oreal Miss Baby Roll mascara review

I’ve been using L’Oreal’s Miss Baby Roll mascara for quite a while now, and to be honest it was love at first sight. I really love how it makes my lashes look, which is fuller and longer, but not TOO much that they look unnatural. Its wand is very good, and catches all my lashes easily, from the shortest to the longest ones, making them look at their best. I think that it’s the best mascara I’ve used so far, at least for my lashes, and I’ve used plenty, so that’s something! If you also consider how inexpensive it is, I think you really need to give it a try! It comes in many colors so if you already have a black one, and you’re looking for something more colorful, you can try those instead.

L'oreal True Match foundation reviewOne of the foundations that came highly recommended from my subscribers, was L’Oreal’s True Match foundation. I have quite pale skin and usually dry to combination complexion and this one, came pretty close to what I’m looking for. I bought the 1C Rose Ivory shade which is almost perfect for my skin tone. The foundation has a thin consistency, and it has a light to medium coverage, it has a very natural effect when applied with a wet makeup sponge, and it’s very light on the skin. Its pump makes it super easy to use and if you need more coverage, I suggest you use it in combination with L’Oreal’s Infallible foundation, on your problematic areas, or where you usually get oiliness after some hours. All in all it’s a really good foundation that I’m highly likely to re-purchase in the future.

LUSH Oatifix fresh face mask reviewI can’t believe I hadn’t talked to you yet, about the Oatifix fresh face mask by Lush. It was the first time I tried it myself, and I really loved it. It has a very unusual texture compared to other masks I’ve tried it. This one is very thick and (I’ll be honest) kind of difficult to apply. But when you manage to apply it, it leaves your skin feeling super soft, and hydrated so it’s definitely worth it. Because it has fresh ingredients inside like ground almonds and oats (obviously, haha, hence the name), it kind of exfoliates your skin at the same time when you remove it. It also smells amazing; so much that it would be difficult to restrain yourself and not try to eat it. Being a fresh mask means that it must be stored in the fridge and it has an expiration date of about a month (you will find its expiration date under the box). You’ll get around 5-8 uses out of it, depending on the use you do, it costs 10€ (in Greece. The price might be lower or higher in other countries), and you can find it on Lush stores worldwide.

Maybelline Instant Anti-Age concealer reviewMaybelline’s Instant Anti-Age concealer (or Instant Age-Rewind concealer as it’s more known in other countries) is definitely one of the most wanted concealers worldwide. I had heard a lot about it before getting my hands on it, and I always wanted to try it, because it was meant to be not only inexpensive, but also one of the best drugstore options out there. So when I got it I couldn’t wait to try it out. It’s indeed an amazing concealer, let’s get it out of the way.  It’s very light-weight, and it gets applied very easily due to its sponge applicator (you just twist its base to get the amount you need each time), it doesn’t stay in the fine lines, and stays puts for hours without the need of a setting powder, and it’s quite inexpensive too. Its only “flaw” is the fact that there aren’t many shades available (depending on the country you live in, you may find different shades), and that its size is quite small. Apart from these two, it’s amazing, and I’ll definitely re-purchase it in the future.

Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge

Are you looking for a affordable makeup sponge? Then I may have a solution for you. I love my Beauty Blender sponges but they are quite expensive. After I heard so many good things about the Real Techniques miracle complexion sponge I thought that it was time to try it and see if all of that was true. I have to admit that everything I heard of was true. This sponge is amazing.

As you can see in the photos above, one side is pointy and the other one is flat. I find it super useful because you can apply your foundation, concealer and powder with the same sponge without any problem. You can even bake with the flat side. Concerning the application of the foundation, I think that it does a fabulous job. It’s more dense than the Beauty Blender one a a bit more big when it’s wet. I didn’t notice any different about the amount of foundation that it soaks in comparison with the Beauty Blender. I am extremely satisfied with this sponge and I will sure repurchase it again. It costs around 6 euros and I couldn’t recommend it more.

Garnier Micellar Oil-infused cleansing water reviewThis is the first Micellaire product I’ve tried from this brand, and I can say that I’m impressed. It really removes all my makeup easily and effectively, without leaving my skin oily. It has a very nice scent to it, and it’s quite inexpensive for 400ml of product, which will give you around 200 uses. You just shake well before every use, for the liquids to mix together, and you apply it on a cotton pad to remove your makeup. Extra points for removing even waterproof products effectively. I’ve been using it for months, and I still have half the product left, but I’ll definitely re-purchase it once it’s finished, so I definitely recommend you try it yourself.
