Look of the day red & pinkRed & pink is one of my favorite summer combinations. A few years ago, very few people dared to pair them together, but these days they’re a pretty common combo. My inspiration for this outfit was this beautiful pink Furla bag. It has the prettiest pink shade I’ve ever seen, and it screams summer. Then, I got a look at these slippers, and I thought, they would look perfect together. And here comes the perfect dress to make them look whole. A beautiful and very relaxed red summer dress, with buttons at the front, leaving just a small slither of skin exposed, under that cute little knot in the chest area. Now all you need, is a dark pair of sunglasses. and a nice minimal pair of earrings, and you’re ready to go wherever you like. Day or night. Your choice! What do you think?

Look of the day - Mustard & ketchupThe mustard trend is still going strong into summer, and I can’t stop looking at everything mustard and not feel the need to buy it. I desperately want to buy a pair of mustard culotte pants, and I love how well it looks with bright red accessories. Mustard & ketchup is an amazing combo after all. I imagine wearing my culottes with a nice red bandeau crop top, and a pair of low heeled mules. Big round sunglasses for the hot summer days, hair tied back and a nice red cross body bag on my hands. Taking a walk in the city, or next to the sea somewhere, catching the sunset before drinks with friends, and days that turn to nights, that turn to beautiful sunrises before going to bed on the next day. Oh the carelessness of summer and the feeling of the sun touching your skin. How beautiful it is! Got a bit carried away, sorry, but I couldn’t help it. Back to fashion, and one of the hottest color combinations, pairing 2 of the basic colors in a look that screams summer. And if you’re daring enough, why don’t you try this color combo with your makeup too? It’s gonna look amazing, I promise you! 😉

Look of the day - Spring in ParisWhen I see horizontal stripes, I immediately think of Paris. I don’t know why; I just do. So when I first saw this beautiful striped Self-Portrait dress, I imagined wearing it just like that, and hopefully photographing it in the streets of Paris. Or maybe on the Pont Alexandre III bridge, which is my favorite spot in Paris, which I had the pleasure of visiting back in 2006. Since it has a nice black belt design and buttons on the site (I think it also has pockets!), I thought to combine it with black mid-heeled sandals with straps. And to add some color to this look, I’d wear it with a red circle cross-body bag, and red tassel earrings, which are so much in fashion for this spring/summer. I’d also add a nice silver cuff bracelet, that will make the look more elegant, but not too extravagant, since it’s silver and not red, like the earrings. Now I really wish I had this dress in my closet, so I could wear it just like that on the future. It’s on sale too! So maybe I will buy it, who knows! If you want it too, you can click on the link below to make it yours. And as a matter of fact, you can shop everything on this post with a click of the mouse below. The exact same items. Isn’t this amazing?

Look of the day - Easter SundayEaster Sunday is approaching fast (it’s this Sunday for Catholics, and the next Sunday – the 8th – for Orthodox) and we’re here to give you an idea on what you can wear on Easter Sunday, in case you’re wondering. Of course you can wear anything you like, from casual to formal, depending on the occasion, but this is our suggestion. Since we’re heading into the heart of spring, why not bring it closer, with a beautiful and ethereal midi flower print slip dress? Or any flower print dress for that matter, sleeveless or not. If you like the slip dress option however, but it’s still too cold in your country to wear it by itself, you can layer it with a t-shirt, or even a fitted long-sleeved top, in black or white. Either way, you will still need an outerwear. A black leather biker jacket is a great and relaxed option for the day, and the contrast with the slip dress will be amazing. Layer some necklaces for the needed bling bling of the day. If you’re comfortable in heels, we’d suggest you wear a nice pair of strappy sandals (with a thick heel) for the day. If not, you can wear a nice pair of sneakers, black or white preferably. Last but not least, a dark green bag will add a pop of color to the whole look, making it even more spring-appropriate. And there you have it, the perfect Easter Sunday look, from us to you! Happy Easter everyone. May you have a great one! 🙂

How to style sneakers with metal toe cap 1Spring is finally here and if you already are a little bit tired of the sneakers, you will have to reconsider as the sneakers with metal toe cap are the new trend.  They are more chic and you can style them in many different ways. For classic minimal looks, combine them with pieces in neutral shades like white or beige. However, don’t hesitate to add more colour and let your shoes show your cool side. The last proposal is kind of unusual as some girls might not feel comfortable wearing sneakers with a dress but it’s a perfect combination for a spring to summer look. Take a look below for more inspiration!!

The camel coat entered the list of trends a few years ago, and as it seems, it’s here for good and this winter it’s the strongest trend in coats. Even though camel is a specific color, the butterscotch brown, many clothing firms have a wider camel color palette so you can find darker or lighter versions in the market! So if you want to invest in a camel coat do it and take some styling tips from the global fashion goddesses!
