The winter collection, which comes to complete the “Archive by Alexa” series, is a modern approach to earlier collections of M&S and combines its rich heritage with contemporary style. Utilizing Marks & Spencer’s extensive archive in Leeds, Alexa, in cooperation with the design team of M&S continues the re-definitional journey through a clear winter style. The supportive campaign, was photographed yet again by Tom Craig while Alexa herself preserved the creative editing, styling and direction.

A sequence of unique, exclusive collections in collaboration with some of today’s most exciting designers, brands & fashion icons.The 31 piece womenswear collection has been carefully curated and handpicked by Alexa and the M&S design team. Bringing archive pieces back to life for 2016 using Alexa’s unique approach to style. Through introducing modern fabrications and an updated colour palette, a contemporary womenswear collection is defined with a heritage sensibility. The supporting campaign will launch in April with Alexa herself taking creative ownership of the mood and direction.
It’s not the first time that David Gandy, has collaborated with Marks & Spencer for an Autograph line with his name, but it’s the first time, that he designed a sportswear & loungewear collection, instead of the underwear & swimwear ones he had so far. The new Autograph line, with his name, has already launched in stores & online worldwide, and includes a T-shirt, a hooded jumper, joggers, shorts and a crew neck jumper in premium fabrics and two colors – navy and gray. Judging from the ad campaign in which he’s modeling himself, we think it will be a huge success, like his previous collections. Don’t you think?
It’s not the first time that Rosie Huntington-Whiteley’s has partnered up with Marks and Spencer. They actually begun their relationship back in 2012 with lingerie and expanded to include a fragrance, activewear and sleepwear. Now, the latest chapter of their collaboration is a full make-up collection. “For me, make-up made sense as the next step because I have a genuine love for it. Like lingerie and fragrance it’s something that’s very personal to a woman, and something that we use every day”, Rosie said in her Vogue interview.

Marks & Spencer welcomes their first collaboration with the fashion influencer and designer, Lulu Kennedy. The collection is called indigo and the main characteristics are the loose lines, and denim pieces which are very close to the designer’s style and they are all inspired by her love of traveling! Lulu reveals : Tulum in Mexico and my traveling love-addiction were my inspiration for this collection! We used white as a base and many colorful prints to create fun and easy to wear clothes for summer!
After the successful underwear collection of David Gandy for Marks & Spencer, the British brand officially announced the continuation of their collaboration with the release of the line “David Gandy for Autograph Swimwear”. This is a limited edition swimwear collection designed by the British model, which consists of eight colorful swim shorts – low crotched and all in the same line with short length. This is the first time that M&S uses the rules of tailoring in order to make swimwear, offering not only a variety of waist sizes, but also the innovative Quick Dry technology that speeds up the drying time. “The underwear collection had a really good response from the public, so the release of a swimwear collection this summer seemed like the next natural step. I enjoyed creating each piece and I’m excited to offer a sophisticated range of swimwear in unique prices, David Gandy said. The swimsuit collection is available in selected stores in navy, orange and black colors and all in the amazing price of 34,95€!
